Whatever your circumstances, life can be challenging, at certain times more than others. It’s by asking for and opening up to support that we already begin to transform ourselves and our life situations.
How are you in relationship to yourself?
We are very complex beings, and sometimes we have difficulty integrating our thoughts, emotions, intuition and actions. At times, it can even feel like we are our own worst enemy.
My work is mindfulness-based somatic therapy. While most “talk-therapies” focus on the mind’s stories, deep healing and growth happen in the body. Bringing deep awareness, we will learn how to support you to better connect with all your centers of innate knowing and wisdom: your body, heart, mind, soul and spirit.
With your rising self-awareness and compassionate claiming of all your parts, you will begin to gain the ability to transform psychological forces within, so you can respond to your life circumstances with a greater sense of fulfillment and involvement.
My work is relational, compassionate, interactive, and experiential. Healing and growing is a moment-by-moment process, where our connection will support you to transform your relationship with the wounds of the past so you can begin to free yourself and gain a greater sense of agency and wellbeing in your life today.
I will accompany you every step of the way with deep care so you feel supported, guided and held while you recover and discover the healing forces that live within you, and learn how to harness them so they serve you when you need them most.
